The principals of Westmount Realty Capital, LLC have acquired millions of square feet of income-producing properties as well as numerous land tracts throughout the southwestern and southeastern United States. Property types in the portfolio include office, industrial, retail, multi-family and historic CBD properties for adaptive re-use.

Beginning in the late 1980s through the mid 1990s, the principals acquired numerous properties, both single assets and portfolios, from lending institutions including the Resolution Trust Corporation. More recently, in order to realize accumulated value and equity, the principals made a strategic decision to dispose of a number of assets, which had been acquired. As a result, sales in excess of $200 million have been consummated in recent years.
